We assist with warranty processing and post-installation support to ensure your team continues to have the solution(s) available on an ongoing basis. We do this by offering various engagement opportunities to allow you to select the solution that best fits your organization. We provide Managed Services for those without an IT Department or for an IT Department that wishes to offload some of the work to provide more focus on higher-level projects. We also assist with “warranty augmentation” to cover the labor portion of the manufacturer’s warranties. Most warranties cover the hardware only and we cover the labor.
Maintenance offerings also include service agreements to keep your equipment firmware updated, screens, and projectors in proper working order and your systems functioning properly on an ongoing basis. Usually annual service agreements with onsite visit frequency based upon requirements.
